Our helpful staff will assist you in completing a rental agreement either in our office at 4152 N Townsend Ave or over the phone 970-240-9505. You will then be required to pick up your keys at our office during our business hours of Monday thru Friday 9-5. From this point on you will have 24 hour access to your unit.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
All contracts are month-to-month. We require notice of your move out only when you have completely moved all of your belonging out, have the unit broom swept and have removed your lock.
What do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport), your current mailing address & phone number, an emergency contact name and phone number and a minimum of one (1) month full payment along with the administrative fee. (Administrative fee includes a security lock w/3 keys).
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.
How do I make a payment?
You can mail a check, pay online thru our website, call in a payment or stop on in, and let our friendly manager help you. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card, savings or checking account monthly.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Yes. We sell various moving supplies at our Townsend Ave office.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, illegal items, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
No. At the time of signing you will be given a personal gate code that will allow you 24 hour access to the facility.
