Great storage unit! Clean and easy to access. Will 100% use this business again. Employees were always so helpful and went out of their way on a number of occasions to help. Highly recommend.

Straight up good folks, friendly service and fine facilities!

The team at Northside Storage was amazing! Ernie the maintenance man got my lock working quick. The office took my call quick and was fast to realize an issue on the systems end. When I originally purchased the unit online it seemed very easy(I was unaware of the phone controlled lock mechanism(my mistake)). When I got to the unit I was able to easily use the app to get in to the facility. I wasn’t thrilled when I realized the locks only had the phone controlled mechanism and nowhere for another lock. My unit also wouldn’t open for me until it was reset. It’s way easier to tell good from bad mechanical locks. Electronic locks have more variables to try and take advantage of. I can’t find much on this lock online luckily. I’ll also remind you other storage unit lock mechanisms usually get cut before a circle lock so it’s more secure in that sense.

The Lock works well. The only complaint is that a Semi truck doesn't fit in the storage unit.
