Thank you for letting us serve you with the storage unit you needed.

If you’re approaching the time to move out of your storage unit, there are some things you should know ahead of time.

Make sure to adhere to the Northside Storage move-out policy to avoid any complications. And please remember your anniversary date; we do not do rent refunds.

Our Move-Out Policy

We require a 7-day notice for move out. Move-out requirements:

Removed all of your belongings
Broom sweep your unit
Remove your lock from the unit
Once completed, inform our office staff to process the move-out

What to Do With Your Lock

Please make sure to remove your lock from your unit when you are moving out!

Office staff does not keep copies of tenant's keys
Locks purchased from Northside Storage are not returnable and remain the property of the tenant
A $60 labor charge will apply to any lock not removed by the tenant
